Admissions Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent or mature student status and a passing grade on the admissions test.

An understanding to be able to respond to patient inquiries by phone and e-mail.
The ability to monitor and facilitate patient flow through the clinic.
The knowledge to organize and file medical records.
The training to update physician/clinic information on the internal database.
The background to provide assistance to physician(s) and nurse(s).
